Delivery Rates
UK – FREE over £75

Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £75 net and £4.95 for orders under £75 with our preferred courier. Please note that we cannot leave items without a signature.

Delivery Times

Deliveries will take 1-3 working days, depending on the product(s) and customer location. This can extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak seasons and is subject to stock availability. Should any delays occur, our customer services team will be in touch to provide regular updates.

Returns

Xpert™. promises a ‘no-quibble’ guarantee. You can shop safe in the knowledge that if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return it to us in its original packaging within 28 days from the delivery date. On receipt, we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note – for hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange. We recommend trying on all products indoors, on a clean and clear surface, before wearing them out in public. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide instructions for a return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Postal charges of exchanges and returns are at the cost of the customer, and we recommend you use Royal Mail registered post.
