With many workers spending most of their working day on their feet, often in challenging environments or on uneven terrain, it’s imperative that footwear is designed to provide adequate protection and support to the wearer. The Xpert IQ™ workwear technologies incorporated into our footwear are designed to do exactly that.

The Comfort-X™ philosophy is an integral part of our process – from the shaping of the shoe ‘last’ to the specifying of quality components during manufacture. We believe little details can make a massive difference to the overall comfort of the product. That’s why we specify almost all of our footwear with our Comfort-X Open-cell Insole or our Comfort-X Shock Absorbing PU Footbed.

As the name suggests, Dry-X™ technologies are designed to keep you dry in wet weather. Although all of our footwear will provide some wet weather resistance, users that are outdoors for long periods of time, or that are working on wet ground, are recommended to wear a product with our Dry-X™ Waterproof and Breathable Membrane.

Active-X™ technology is used on our new Bolt+, which is constructed using injection moulded seamless KPU upper. Commonly used in innovative sports footwear, a KPU upper is ultra-lightweight and breathable to help maintain the optimum climate control inside the footwear for all-day comfort.

The entire Light-X™ concept is based on the premise that lighter footwear is more comfortable footwear. Most of the Xpert™ Heritage safety styles use Light-X™ fibreglass composite toecaps and composite midsoles that are around 30% lighter than their steel equivalents.

Tough-X™ technologies consist of production processes or components that add extreme durability to the footwear. Although this manufacturing process is expensive, time-consuming and requires highly skilled craftsmanship, it is widely recognised as one of the finest shoemaking methods as it provides maximum strength.

UK – FREE over £200
Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £200 net and £4.95 for orders under £200 net with our preferred courier. Please note that we cannot leave items without a signature.

The Republic of Ireland – FREE over €300
Standard delivery is FREE for orders over €300 net and €7.95 for orders under €300 net in ROI with our preferred courier. Please note that we cannot leave items without a signature.

Products without a logo or personalisation will take 1-2 working days or 3-5 working days for delivery, depending on the product(s) and customer location. Products with a logo or personalisation will average 7-10 working days from when the artwork is approved. This can extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak seasons and is subject to stock availability. Should any delays occur, our customer services team will be in touch to provide regular updates as well as alternative garments where appropriate.

In the case of shortage or damage, you must retain the carrier’s receipt, and Cottonmount Trading informed within three working days of the delivery date.

For faulty goods, please request a faulty goods returns note by emailing [email protected]

If you return non-faulty goods for any reason, whether the returns are accepted or not is at our discretion and the goods will be subject to a handling and restocking charge of 15%.

A surcharge of up to 25% may be charged for goods not returned in a re-saleable condition or in the original packaging.
